Where are my design projects managed?

Your design requests will be managed in our asana.

How do I make my design requests?

Just use the design request form in asana. Our form will guide you through all of the details that you need to submit in order for your design team to work on your request.

Do you offer free trial work?

No, we don’t offer free trial, thanks!

Do I need a creatopy subscription?

By default, we work in our own account. But if you want to keep designs in your account, then you’ve to purchase a Creatopy Pro Plus subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time, and how can I do it?

Just drop an email at s@shohaag.com at any time. You’ll be prompted to provide some feedback, and then you’re all set.You’ll continue to receive our services until the last day of your subscription period.

How does the billing cycle work for the BannerBakers design subscriptions?

You’ll start billed on a month-to-month basis. There are no contracts, so you cancel and re-subscribe as you’d like to. You can also upgrade and stack subscriptions to increase/decrease the number of design projects you have completed each business day.

Can I get designs created for multiple brands with one subscription?

Yes! With a single BannerBakers design subscription you can get as many designs as you need to have created for as many brands as you’d like.

How many designs can I get created with a Creatopy subscription?

You can request as many designs and edits for your designs as you’d like! And your team will work through them in the order that you make your requests.

Can I edit the designs BannerBakers creates for me in Creatopy?

Yes, absolutely. We’ll create designs for you in Creatopy that you can then edit, and modify, however you’d like.

What will be the turnaround times for my graphics or videos in Creatopy?

The design draft of a single size (300x250px) 12 hours. After the revision period and approval, we need 1 business day to adopt them in the rest of the sizes.

What if I need designs created in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or AfterEffects?
